Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During high-demand periods (new set releases, holidays), processing may take slightly longer — we'll communicate any delays.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (order by 12 PM EST)
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when available. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at animezingescape@aol.com with your order number and photos. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Lost Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. Contact us at [your email] and we'll help investigate.
Local Pickup We offer in-store pickup. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.
